Ecodesign Award for Students 2025

Each year, the OVAM and Circular Flanders challenge students to help shape the future with their thesis or graduation project. The focus lies on sustainable, circular, and environmentally responsible designs for products or services. Submitted projects are evaluated by a professional jury of experts from Design Museum Gent, VITO, Dott Achilles, Flanders DC, Studio D, Knack Weekend, the OVAM and Circular Flanders. They select the winners in the categories Business Potential, Human Interest, Industrial Design, Inspiring Design, and Sustainable Innovation, as well as the overall winner of the Ecodesign Award for Students. 

Award-winning Ecodesign final works will be included in the WE ARE THE NEXT GENERATION expo.
