WONDER invites companies to
1. present (existing) collaborations/installations with designers or artists
2. present products/services in a creative and innovative way that focuses on experience
3. organise an event, activity or workshop as part of the festival.

Your proposal
Your proposal fits in with the festival's DNA. WONDER is a festival for design, innovation, technology and art, but above all it is unique as a vibrant platform and connector for creative, innovative, sustainable, digital and social ideas, projects and products.
You must always take the following conditions into account:
- Your proposal has not been shown at WONDER before.
- You present in an inspiring way that appeals to multiple target groups. Please note that WONDER is not a trade fair, but a festival that focuses primarily on experience.
- You deliver professional quality in both content and presentation. We would like to see this ambition reflected in your application.
- We encourage the sustainable use of materials.
1. I want to participate, but I don't have my own location
We will help you find a location tailored to your proposal, on or around Buda Island. Every year, we propose new and surprising locations that we make available to our participants. You will be responsible for filling your space.
2. I want to participate and I have my own location
You can also submit a proposal with your own location, which you manage yourself and for which you are therefore responsible. This location is on or around Buda Island. We also accept a few off-site locations, but to a limited extent. You confirm that you will be available to visit throughout the entire WONDER period.
3. I want to participate with an event, activity, workshop or organise a (private) event as part of the festival.
If you would like to submit an event, activity or workshop, we will be happy to consider it on a case-by-case basis. The main location, the Budafabriek, is also available for (private) events organised by external parties. Please contact us for more information.
If you add an event, activity or workshop to your submission, we consider this to be a great added value. This allows us to link various target groups to other initiatives.

Fee
A fee is charged for participation in your exhibition, installation or presentation in the exhibition route and communication. For the 'companies' category, this contribution is €750 (excl. VAT) if you provide your own location and €999 (excl. VAT) + €50 per extra m² if you do not provide your own location. We will then suggest a location for you.

Network and cross-pollination:
- you gain access to our creative and extensive (specific) network
- cross-pollination with other DRK projects: as a partner, you can contribute content via events, summits, projects
- direct link with Flanders Technology & Innovation
- Involvement of partners on opening night (+-700 attendees)
Hospitality:
- Opportunity to use the main location during WONDER, namely the Budafabriek, free of charge for organising your own event(s).
